Our Workshops & Facilitation service is built to break through the inertia. In each session, we lean into vulnerability, stories, and reflection. Participants engage not just head-on, but heart-first.

What We Do:

  • Tailored session design (90 mins, half-day, or multi-part series)

  • Core topics: Inclusive leadership, Unconscious bias, Intersectionality, Psychological safety, Bystander action

  • Pre-session reflection prompts and contextual framing

  • Post-session reflection, action planning and follow-up

  • Facilitation for team days, retrospectives, dialogues
