Grace Mosuro is a visionary culture transformation partner, organisational development expert and executive coach with over 18 years of experience driving sustainable change across global private, public and third-sector organisations. She is the CEO and Founder of Aquaintz Consulting, a specialist firm supporting institutions to embed inclusive, people-centred cultures at the heart of how they operate.
As a sought-after facilitator and leadership coach, Grace has designed and delivered high-impact leadership and culture transformation programmes for organisations including Tudor Trust, Bath Spa University, Lloyd’s of London, The Cabinet Office, AutogenAI, AMS, IMechE and more. Her approach blends cultural intelligence, lived experience and strategic rigour, helping senior leaders navigate complexity, align values with behaviour, and build resilient, high-performing teams.
