This is a retained partnership of six to twelve months, designed for organisations that are genuinely committed to embedding inclusive practices into the fabric of how they operate. We work with you monthly or quarterly, depending on what your organisation needs. The support is tailored at every stage. Some months that means facilitated leadership sessions. Others it means reviewing a policy, advising on a restructure, supporting a difficult conversation, or helping you interpret what your data is telling you. We stay close enough to the work to notice what is shifting and what is not.
What the process involves:
We begin with a diagnostic to understand where you are and agree a roadmap for the partnership. From there, we work alongside your HR, OD and leadership teams in a way that builds internal capability as well as delivering external insight. Every piece of work is anchored in your organisation's own values, mission and governance framework.
