Meet the Founder
Grace Mosuro — The Organisational Inclusionist
I've spent over 18 years working at the intersection of leadership, culture and lived experience. In that time, one thing has become clear: most organisations don't have a values problem. They have an alignment problem. A gap between what leadership believes is happening and what people are actually experiencing every day.
I founded Aquaintz Consulting to close that gap. My work with senior leaders, boards and HR Directors across the private, public and third sectors is grounded in cultural intelligence, structural rigour and the kind of honest conversation that most organisations find uncomfortable, but necessary. I'm not here to deliver a workshop and leave.
I'm here to build something that lasts.
My Story
My path into this work didn't begin in a boardroom. It began in lived experience.
I'm Nigerian-born, UK-raised, and I've spent my career sitting at the intersection of leadership, culture and the question of who gets to belong. Those aren't separate threads for me.
They're the same one.
Over eighteen years, I've worked across some of the UK's most complex organisations, including local government, financial services, higher education, the third sector, and media. I've led a £2.4 million insourcing programme. I've facilitated board away days on racial justice. I've coached senior leaders through the kind of personal reckoning that real culture change requires. I've run listening sessions with frontline staff who'd never been asked what they actually thought before. Each of those experiences sharpened the same conviction: organisations don't fail at inclusion because they don't care. They fail because caring and embedding are entirely different things.
A breast cancer diagnosis in the middle of my career didn't slow that conviction, it deepened it. It made me less patient with performance and more committed to substance. It's part of why I do this work the way I do, honestly, directly, and always with the human being at the centre.
I hold a CMI Level 7 in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management certification from APMG, and PRINCE2 Practitioner status. But the work isn't credentialled, it's relational. The frameworks matter. The conversation matters more.

Who I Work With
I work with senior leaders, HR Directors, Chief Executives and Boards who know something needs to change, and want a partner who will help them understand what that actually means for their organisation, not just hand them a framework and leave.
My clients come from across sectors: universities and higher education institutions, local authorities, financial and professional services, media organisations and the third sector. What they have in common isn't their industry, it's the challenge. Leadership teams that aren't aligned. Policies that exist on paper but don't show up in practice. Employees who've stopped expecting things to change. A gap between the organisation's stated values and the culture people actually experience.
That's the work. Closing the gap, with honesty, structure and staying power.
I'm also available as a public speaker for conferences, leadership events and panel discussions on inclusion, culture change and organisational leadership. If you're looking for a speaker who will challenge your audience and leave them with something they can actually use, get in touch.
